Wingston A TreeHouse Hotel, Mathura

Cleanliness was good, staff tried best to make our stay comfortable. Manager never cared a bit about our concerns. There was no internet connection to our phones or iPads or laptops It ruined our stay. We conduct lot of our business on laptops. We were unable to stay in contact with our employees and management staff, unable to sign off documents via docusign. It was complete waste of our time of time, I give floor staff 5/5 and 0/5 to management. Above all I was told that my credit and debit card not accepted by the machine, staff tried multiple times. We had to go to ATM to get time. My time is worth we’ll over $ 75 dollars/ hour. You can imagine loss caused by negligence by management. Our opinion is we would never stay at this hotel for rest of our lives.
